BPNA2024 Annual Conference

A warm welcome from Bristol: 

The first BPNA Annual Conference was held in Bristol in 1975.  The Bristol team are excited to welcome you to the 50th BPNA Annual Conference on 24-26 January 2024.

We would be delighted to share some of the rich history of Bristol city with those who attend the conference face to face. We will experience the SS Great Britain, the largest passenger ship in the world of its’ time, designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. We also hope that you will enjoy dinner and a Cèilidh under the wings of Concorde.  Bristol aerospace and Concorde is a symbol of ambition, innovation, collaboration and technological achievement. In this vein, we hope that this BPNA conference will generate ambition, share innovation, promote and create collaboration and showcase achievements.

Bristol will entertain you with stories of human endeavour, individual genius and ordinary people achieving extraordinary things.

The Bristol team and the BPNA Research Committee are looking forward to receiving your submissions and publishing all the great work you have done over the last year. There will be some new and returning features at the next conference including research workshops, annual general meeting, specialist interest groups, etc.

For those who are unable to join us face to face, we would be delighted to welcome you online, but you may not be able to experience the Concorde cockpit or meet Mr Brunel himself!
