View Website →12 July 9:00 am - 5:00 pm - In Person Event

This conference will focus on the small but really important changes in clinical practice which can be implemented easily without additional resources to make a real and positive difference to children and young people with medical complexity and their families.

About this conference
The conference will comprise a mixture of keynote lectures to build a base of knowledge to understand how and why things go wrong, what can be done better, and showcase methodologies to support positive change alongside interactive workshops to learn from those who have successfully implemented such changes.

Learning Objectives
Delegates will learn how care of children with medical complexity can impact families, as well as how better communication can improve outcomes and reduce conflict.
Delegates will improve their understanding of how to apply change methodology and quality improvement techniques to this population.
Participants will determine their own ‘top 3’ changes to put into immediate practice, their agreed first steps, and contacts to aid co-production of change.

Registration Fees
Medical Drs (Consultants, SAS, GPs) – £100
Non-medical practitioners – £50
Paediatric or General Practice Specialty Trainee – £75
