Tracheostomy masterclass

This masterclass brings together a multidisciplinary faculty, including anaesthetists, ENT surgeons, and speech therapists to address the major issues encountered from the time of tracheostomy insertion to decannulation. We use a combination of seminars, small group discussions, skill stations and simulation scenarios to deliver the course, ensuring that you have every opportunity to have your questions answered and feel confident with all types of tracheostomy.

The course will assist you in troubleshooting issues before a critical emergency develops.

Please note that this course does not cover how to insert a percutaneous tracheostomy as we believe this is best taught at the bedside in your institution.
