AaE: Anaesthetists non technical skills (ANTS)

This one-day course is designed for anaesthetic trainees and consultants who wish to enhance their understanding of human factors and non-technical skills as applied to anaesthesia. It is also aimed at anaesthetists in a clinical or educational supervisor role who wish to become more familiar with using ANTS for observation and feedback for trainees.

The faculty will record their lectures for you to view, at your own convenience, prior to attending the course. These will comprise of x6 lectures which will be available 2 weeks before the event. You are required to view them all before the event date. On the event day the programme will be split between live recaps and Q&A for the pre-recorded material, and breakout groups for group discussion.
