Mentoring skills – online introductory and refresher course

Mentoring is a structured conversation in which the mentor helps the mentee set goals, develop self-insight and agree next steps towards their goals. The mentor gives the mentee 100% of his or her attention and knows how to ask the powerful questions that will both challenge and support them. This course is held online via Zoom.
